30 seconds to juicy hips

This 30 second stretch will give you just the right amount of stretch in your hip flexors before you run. I practice yoga 3-5 times per week and I was still experiencing hip tightness and pain. I integrated this into my routine and have seen a huge improvement! I do it 3 times on each side (ok so it's more like a minute and half ).
